About Goodwill Industries

The organization of Goodwill Industries breaks down into six major divisions:

  • Corporate Services
The Corporate division is designed to support the needs of our employees and consumers and includes the following departments:

    Administration
    Finance and Accounting
    Health and Safety
    Marketing and Community Relations
    Human Resources
    Training and Development

  • Retail Services
The name Goodwill is synonymous with our retail stores.   However, Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma & North Texas is much more than just our stores.   The Retail Services Division includes the following departments:

    Retail Sales
    Processing
    Salvage
    Attended Donation Centers
    Transportation

The employees of the Retail Services turn donated goods into money, and the money that is not used to support the Retail Services Department supports the various programs offered by Goodwill Industries.

  • Career Development Services
The Career Development Department offers a chance for clients with disabilities to learn life skills through sheltered workshops.   Some will eventually be placed in employment within the community.

  • Community Contract Services
For those whose abilities allow them to be employed longer term with less supervision, we provide work in various communities in Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas in the areas of janitorial services contracts and groundskeeping.

  • Adult and Children's Daycare Services
Goodwill Adult Day Care and Goodwill Youth Center offer a place for disabled adults and children to go during the day while family members are at work.   It provides an atmosphere that the participants can feel safe and secure in so that their family members can feel confident that their loved ones are being cared for by our dedicated staff.   The Youth Center also provides a Summer Camp program with activities for children with disabilities.

  • Housing Services
In an effort to provide a greater sense of independence to individuals with disabilities, Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma & North Texas offers affordable housing at Goodwill Village, Goodwill Village West, and J.C. Kennedy Square.

We welcome your application to help us achieve our mission.
